Find us above the car wash that is next to the Tim Horton's. Walk to the other side of the car wash fence to find an entrance on your right (left side of the building). Open the door with the green sign, "Lifemoves Human Performance," then climb the 7" inch steps to the second floor.
Parking is on the side streets or in the North East corner of the Tim Horton's lot. Bus routes is the 160, or to walk a couple of blocks take the 129 or R5.
